By using Grandy's Room, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of the App
Grandy’s Room is built to reduce loneliness and strengthen social connections among seniors.
It is not a medical, emergency response, or healthcare service. Any communication or advice shared within the app should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial guidance.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have received permission and setup assistance from a senior living facility, family member, or authorized caregiver.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
Grandy’s Room collects only minimal information necessary for the app to function (such as display name, email, and availability).
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties.
All data is used solely to maintain the connection experience between users and approved partners.

4. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use Grandy’s Room with kindness and respect.
- Avoid sharing harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Not impersonate others or misuse access.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these expectations.

Some senior living operators and verified service vendors may offer additional features within Grandy’s Room.
Seniors will never be directly charged for these services inside the app.
Operators and vendors may have their own policies — users are encouraged to review them before engaging.
6. Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect your data.
However, no online platform can guarantee complete protection, and by using Grandy’s Room you acknowledge and accept that risk.
7. Account Deletion and Termination
Users may permanently delete their Grandy’s Room account and all associated data at any time.
